Groups

Closed-cohort, curriculum-based therapy groups on the skills and experiences that come up again and again — boundaries, habit change, emotional vocabulary, burnout, connection, and DBT skills. All groups are telehealth, 53-minute sessions facilitated by Aimee Mills-Viscovich, LICSW. Groups begin once enough people have joined — there's no fixed start date, so add your name to the interest list for whichever group(s) you're interested in and we'll follow up on scheduling.

You Will Find Your People

Loneliness isn't just uncomfortable — it's a real health risk, and it hits neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ adults especially hard. This group is about building real connection with people who actually get it, through a 13-session structure (12 weekly sessions plus a booster session 4–6 weeks after the group ends).

13 sessions ⚠ (session length listed as 53 min in website copy, but the Facilitator Manual says 60 min — still unresolved). $50/session, or $585 for the full series paid upfront.

Setting Boundaries That Stick

Knowing you need a boundary and actually holding it are two different skills. This 8-week group works on the second one — real, practiced boundary-setting, not just the concept of it.

8 weeks, 53 minutes each. $50/session, or $360 for the full series paid upfront.

Small Steps, Real Change: An Atomic Habits Skills Group

Willpower isn't the skill — systems are. This 8-week group is about building habits that actually hold up in real life, especially when executive function makes "just do it" advice useless.

8 weeks, 53 minutes each. $50/session, or $360 for the full series paid upfront.

Seeing Clearly: An Atlas of the Heart Emotions Group

Most of us have far fewer words for our feelings than we actually need — and when we don't have the language, it's hard to talk about what's happening, or even understand it ourselves. Based on Brené Brown's research, this group works through 87 named emotions and experiences across 13 weeks.

13 sessions, 53 minutes each. $50/session, or $585 for the full series paid upfront.

DBT Skills Group

Dialectical Behavior Therapy gives you concrete, practiced skills for getting through hard moments. Offered as four shorter series you can join individually — join one or move through all four. Draws on Sonny Jane Wise's The Neurodivergent Friendly Workbook of DBT Skills (2025, 2nd ed.) and the foundational DBT framework developed by Marsha Linehan.

53 minutes/session. $50/session, with a discounted rate available when you pay for a full series upfront.

Still open before public launch: the 4-series week breakdown hasn't been confirmed against the DBT Facilitator Manual.

Neurodivergent Burnout Group

Autistic burnout isn't the same as everyday tiredness or a bad week at work — it's a real, often long-building depletion from years of masking, sensory overload, and pushing past your own limits. This group offers a structured, neurodivergent-affirming space to understand what's happening and build a sustainable path back.

8 weekly sessions, 53 minutes each. $50/session, or $360 for the full series paid upfront. Covers: what autistic burnout is and how it differs from depression or typical burnout, the cost of masking, sensory load and self-care, nervous system regulation, sleep and energy pacing, boundaries and self-advocacy, recognizing your own burnout cycle, and building a personal recovery plan.
